עוגת גבינה ופירות יער קרה - השף מיכה כלפא

אפשר במקום הפירות לפזר פירורים על העוגה ויש לכם עוגת גבינה פירורים


חומרים:

750 גרם גבינה לבנה

750 מ"ל שמנת מתוקה ( 3 יחידות )

3 כפות ברנדי או ליקר קירסאו או מיץ תפוזים או רום.

35 גרם ג'ילטין מומס ברבע כוס מים

225 גרם סוכר

1 מחית פירות יער או פטל

1 פודינג וניל


** לבסיס העוגה :

200 גרם פתיבר טחון מעורבב עם 150 גרם חמאה מומסת.


הכנת בסיס העוגה:

1. מניחים את סרט השקף סביב הדופן הפנימית של תבנית העוגה


2. מפזרים ומהדקים טוב את התערובת כך שתכסה את כל התחתית ובעובי שווה.


3. מניחים את התבנית בצד


אופן ההכנה העוגה :


1. קערה (1) - מקציפים את השמנת עם 100 גרם סוכר והפודינג עד שהיא יציבה.


2. קערה (2) - מקציפים את הגבינה ו 125 גרם סוכר 3 כפות ליקר לתערובת אחידה, ומספים את הג'לטין לאט לאט וממשיכים להקציף עוד 2 דקות.


3. את קערת הגבינה מקפלים לתוך קערת השמנת המוקצפת בתנועות קיפול.( לא יותר מידי לקפל).


4. ויוצקים לתבנית עם הבסיס המוכן, מישרים את הגבינה טוב בתבנית ומכנסים למקפיא ל-3 שעות.


5. לאחר 3 שעות במקפיא, מוצאים את העוגה ומורחים עליה את מחית הפרות יער ומקפיאים שוב לשעתיים .


6. לאחר ההקפאה מוצאים את העוגה ומנתקים אותה מהתבנית ומכנסים למקרר.


7. העוגה מוכנה לאכילה
