ללא הפרדת ביצים הכל יחד בקערה,עוגה לחה, טעימה ורכה מאוד, כזו שילדים אוהבים וגם אנחנו ההורים.

3/4 כוס שמן



מערבבים היטב ומוסיפים כוס מים רותחים!!!! ומערבבים מהר מהר

לא לערבב יותר מדי רק עד שהבלילה אחידה.


וכן הבלילה מעט נוזלית וזה בסדר .

מחממים מראש תנור ל 150° טורבו ואופים עד שקיסם יוצא עם פירורים לחים על גבול היבש, מה שמבטיח עוגה רכה ולחה אל תאפו יותר מדי אחרת תצא לכם עוגה יבשה.


מצפים בגנאש מריר חלב.

100 גרם שוקולד מריר

1 שמנת מתוקה


ממיסים יחד במיקרו ויוצקים על העוגה רק לאחר שהעוגה התקררה מעט
