בצק פוקצה עם מגוון סוגי מילוי - אצל ברכה במטבח

מילאתי בת'רד ,גבינה ,וביצה ,טעים טעים ילדים אוהבים מאוד לכמות קטנה לחלק לחצי 1 ק"ג קמח 15 גרם שמרים יבשים 1 כף מלח 1 כף סוכר 1/2 כוס שמן זית כ-2 כוסות מים קרים .להוסיף בהדרגה אולי תצטרכו קצת יותר.

במיקסר , או ו ידני . את הקמח השמרים, הסוכר, שמן, מלח ומים ,לערבב היטב. עד לבצק חלק ונוח לעבודה.

להניח בקערה משומנת . לכסות בנילון נצמד, ולהתפיח כ 45 דקות.עד להכפלה.

לחלק את הבצק ,לגודל הרצוי ,להתפיח עוד רבע שעה.

בינתיים לטגן מעט תרד, להעביר לקערה, להוסיף גבינה לבנה 4 כפות. מעט מלח .פלפל שחור. להפריד ביצים לחלבונים וחלמונים את החלבונים להוסיף לקערת הת'רד הגבינה, ולערבב.ולמרוח על כל ריבוע או כל צורה שתבחרו. את החלמון להניח במרכז. עיגול מלבן ריבוע.

למרוח ביצה מסביב ,לפזר שומשום או פרג. אפיה בתנור שחומם מראש. 180 מעלות טורבו כ-35 דקות אפיה.
