מג'דרה קלה וטעימה - במטבח עם דיתוש

המצרכים:

כוס עדשים ירוקות מושרות ללילה עם המון מים

כוס אורז שטוף

מעט שמן זית

בצל גדול קצוץ ומטוגן

מלח, פלפל

כפית כמון


למטבל יוגורט:

3 קופסאות אשל/יוגורט קטנות

מלפפון/שניים קלופים וקצוצים דק או מגורדים בפומפייה

2-3 שיני שום כתושות

2 כפות נענע יבשה

מלח, פלפל

** ניתן להוסיף פתיתי צ'ילי חריף לגיוון ולהזליף טיפות שמן זית.


הכנה:

לטגן את הבצל הקצוץ במעט שמן זית עד להזהבה קלה.

להוציא חצי מהכמות ולהניח בצד.

מעל הבצל המטוגן שנשאר בסיר להוסיף את העדשים ולכסות במים כ-3 ס"מ מעל.

לתבל ולערבב.

להרתיח ולבשל על אש קטנה כעשרים דקות עד לחצי ריכוך.

להוסיף את האורז השטוף ולערבב; לוודא שיש מספיק מים(גובה חצי ס"מ מעל לתבשיל)

לתקן תיבול.


לבשל על אש קטנה עוד כרבע שעה עד לריכוך.

(אני שמה תחתית מברזל שחוצצת בין להבת הגז לסיר ובכך מונעת מהתבשיל להיחרך בתחתית).

למזוג לצלחת הגשה.


לפזר מעל מהבצל המטוגן ששמרנו בצד.

מומלץ להוסיף מעל את מטבל היוגורט שהכנו ולאכול יחד.
